About
Bloom & Desk VA was created from real world experience not theory, not trends, and not corporate training manuals.
I’ve spent many years working hands-on in beauty, salons, spas, and hospitality environments, alongside managing teams, handling front desks, and running busy customer-facing businesses where organisation, communication, and people skills weren’t optional they were essential.
I’m fully qualified in beauty therapy and nail technology, with additional training in anatomy and physiology (Level 4), laser treatments, and an ongoing background in cyber security. That combination means I understand both the human side of client care and the importance of systems, privacy, and structure behind the scenes.
I’ve also built and run my own home-based salon. That experience taught me what it really takes to manage bookings, respond to enquiries, juggle clients, and still try to protect your own time and energy. I know what it feels like to be the person doing everything treatments, admin, messages, cancellations, and follow-ups often outside of working hours.
Bloom & Desk VA exists because I wanted to step away from being hands-on in treatments, while still staying within industries I genuinely understand and respect. This isn’t a generic VA service it’s support shaped by years of being on the front line of beauty, wellness, and hospitality businesses.
When clients work with me, they’re not dealing with a faceless assistant or outsourced call centre. They’re working with a real person who understands the pressures, the pace, and the standards your clients expect.
