Hi, I’m Tina.

Bloom & Desk VA wasn’t built out of a textbook or trendy business course. It grew out of years of real, hands-on work, managing busy front desks, running client-facing businesses, and eventually running my own home-based salon.

I know firsthand what it feels like to juggle everything yourself: treating clients or looking after customers all day, only to spend your evenings answering messages, sorting schedules, and catching up on paperwork when you'd rather be resting.

That experience is why I started Bloom & Desk. I wanted to use everything I’ve learned behind the scenes to give busy business owners their evenings and peace of mind back.

From beauty therapies to cyber security (and a bit of everything in between).

My background started in beauty therapy, nail technology, and advanced skincare, including Level 4 Anatomy & Physiology and laser treatments. Running my own salon taught me that keeping a business afloat takes a rare mix of warm customer care and relentless organisation.

Along the way, I also dove into cyber security training. While that might sound like a completely different world, it means two very important things for your business:

Your data and privacy are completely safe with me. I handle passwords, client details, and sensitive business files with total discretion and care.

Good admin is good admin, no matter what industry you're in.

While my roots are in beauty, spa, and hospitality, I quickly realised that small business owners everywhere face the exact same problem: there just aren't enough hours in the day.

These days, alongside salons and wellness spaces, I work with local mechanics, agricultural businesses, and independent trades. Whether I'm managing booking calendars for a beauty therapist, responding to customer enquiries for a local service, or getting a shoe box of receipts and invoices organised so a farmer or mechanic can hand them straight to their accountant, the core goal is always the same.

I’m here to take the stress off your plate, clean up the paper trails, and keep things ticking over seamlessly in the background.
